Has anyone used TaskRabbit and can send me a screenshot of the invoice they sent you by email after your task was completed(obviously with your personal details blacked out!)
I'm working on a project to compare TaskRabbit's business model to Airtasker's but am having difficult untangling all the fees they charge.
My assumption at the moment is that they charge...
- £X/hour for labour (depends if its a plumber / electrician)
- 15% service fee
- 15% "Trust and Support" fee (which appears to be an insurance product)
- +VAT
If I could get my hands on an invoice where its broken out by line that would be really useful.

Can you not get them both to do a job for you and submit both invoices?
I will do it if you pay me standard contracting rates
Otherwise get your company/you pay for it yourself 😁
