It's haggling for a broadband contract time again, VM are trying not to budge on price. BRSK are considerably cheaper, has anybody got any experience of this company?

Yes, had major problems getting connected, duct to our house had collapsed. BRSK were convinced the collapse was under the road still technically owned by the developer who built the estate as the council still haven't adopted after 20years (separate rant). In the end I downloaded the land reg to prove I owned the land. They turned up next day, dug up my garden and fixed the issue at their expense, they didn't tell me they were coming, cut through multiple low voltage cables for outside lights and trashed my front garden. Was quickly connected after that. The router they supplied is garbage, no where near as much range as the Plusnet one and devices (smart plugs and others) kept losing connection. So far so bad.

The actual broadband has been fast and reliable, and 900 Mb for same price we used to pay for flaky 30 Mb. The internal ONT installation was neat enough. Replaced the BRSK WiFi with a mesh network which has resolved range and connectivity issues. Would have binned off their router but my wife still wanted a landline (I don't know why either) and that needs plugging into their router.

So installation was delayed and messy but they did fix the busted infrastructure at their cost. I got £150 credit to buy me out of my Plusnet contract.

So broadband itself is good so far (4 months) , budget to replace the router and hope the installation is straight forward. I'm happy now despite the pain.

Best ISP I've ever used.  Yell if you want a referral code for £50.

Bugger forgot about that, referral code gives both parties a £50 voucher.

Yes.
had VM for years.
got BRSK when it turned up.
Very good. Fast. Synchronous. Fairly priced. Only hiccough was the CGNAT spoiling a couple of DDNS-type connections. Easily solved for £5/month for a fixed IP.
