If you have I would very much appriciate the data to help decide on a research project I may be doing.

Thanks!

What would you specifically like to know in terms of data? What's your project?

I am considering looking at similarity between rowers and cyclists fitness over an hours maximal exertion.

I already havesome data for rowers but if some anyone can provide me with any of:

Heart rate recorded at regular intervals or constantly over about an hour.

Distances achieved in an hour.

How intense your training is.

Thanks.

Sorry, Idealy in an excel spread sheet but data already in a graph or other formats will also be greatly appriciated!

Thanks

Yes I can hold 196 for far longer than can possibly be good for a 38 year old.

I might have all my info from 1988-2007 of all my races stored somewhere. As a neo pro in the Paris-Nice, Paris-Roubaix to Olympics, Worlds and National. Being recorded every 5secs, my body remembers every 1sec of it
