I just wish I had the knowledge and patience to make something like this.

Quite amazing.

Yup, I agree.

It's more Art than mechanical.

I expect it was cut up to make the engine.

There's one kicking around somewhere, v12 I think, that actually runs on petrol. Not compressed air.

The next video is pretty cool too - though rather more Australian 😉

Meh... It begs the question, WHY?

Now, had he made a little scale model of a Lamborghini with little tyres and cupholders and electric windows, and trained a little monkey to drive it... Now THAT would impress me...

A lonely man whiling away two-and-a-half thousand hours in his spare bedroom with his milling machine and oil can don't impress me much. 😉

Fair enough pet, it's not everyone's cup of tea, but men will understand 😀

Hate to break your bubble, but I don't think he did it for your benefit.

Never have I seen a more fitting use for the word "exquisite".

He's got a miniature w32 engine, he's probably getting more flange than he knows what to do with!

If it actually ran then that would be very impressive.

That is very impressive.. A work of art! I wish I had the knowledge to do something like that. Great sense of satisfaction.

I've been married for 17 years and have no wedding ring, no one in my department wears a wedding ring and all are married.

Wedding rings and most forms of engineering are not a good idea.

Maybe instead of using your fingers to type thinly veiled insults - use then to do a little search ..

Theres plenty that are full blown working scale cars with V12 engines, running petrol through scales carbs, working steering, etc.
