They normaly get a bad press on here due to poorly trained staff and a bit of a could not care atatude.
Was on the lookout for a new sat nav so was having a look was told the one i wanted had a few software issues as it was a newly launced product and to wait a while then to buy it from halfords on line as i would get a better deal.
Just goes to show they do have some helpful staff.
I had great service at both the Taunton and Bridgwater branches of Halfords last year when trying to buy one of the last remaining and heavily discounted Dirtworkers. Guy at Taunton spent ages trying to find a store where one was in stock as he didn't have any and identified 3 or 4 stores which had them including Bridgwater.
You mean he did is job properly? 😆
Yeah there are some good folks in Halfords but for every 1 good guy there are 10 dropkicks. But what do expect for min wage and lack of any skills?
So raise a glass for the good people who can do their job properly and go beyond for customer service!
