Oh that's very sad.
I was watching them on the telly this week and Dave looked properly poorly.
RIP and thanks for the recipes.
😢
That is sad, and their cookbooks are always reliable. Their stage show was good as well

That's made me really sad. I love cooking from their cook books and watching their shows.
Ah! Dude.
He always came across as a genuinely nice guy.

@Bunnyhop - watching their latest series, he described himself as 'living with cancer'
We've got a few of their books which get regularly used, especially the curry one. They did a foodie festival here a few years ago and seemed just like they do on telly as just really nice blokes, just spending the day happily chatting away with everyone.
Si King must be absolutely devastated.
One of those people on telly who you know would be just as real and lovely in real life.
So sad, seemed like a really nice genuine bloke. 😥
Yeah, this is sad news.
RIP, Hairy Bike Dave.
So sad, had the pleasure of meeting them both at a motorbike show i was working at, and they came across exactly the same as they do on screen, warm and funny.
I always think some of the best TV has that gentle humour, like gone fishing, that you feel like you're spending time with friends.
Saw their stage show, predictably chaotic but hilarious and they were laughing too. Very upsetting news
I used to work at a tourist attraction in the Peak District and the Hairy Bikers arranged to visit to film a section of their 'food tour' series.
All us staff were very excited but they cancelled at the last minute.
Still very sad.
Ah no. I always feel a real sense of loss when hearing about another person who has died from/with cancer... even if I never met them 🙁
A little read on how the Hairy Bikers met and the other challenges they both faced in their lives.
Sad news.

"He always came across as a genuinely nice guy."
I did some filming with them inbetween lockdowns and they were both genuine friendly and helpful blokes. Really nice to deal with and even agreed to opening a production building I designed FOC! Top fellas and a genuine shame.
One of life's good guys, it seems.
RIP
That has genuinely upset me. Not many 'celebrity' deaths would.
Very sad to hear.
Really sad news. Have been a fan of their shows and recipes for year. Top blokes and never heard a bad thing said about them.
That is really sad news, I watched one of their recent shows this week and didn't think he looked at all well.
Dusty 😞
Last series he obviously is not as he was. Went to loch Arthur after a show this series. It was packed and hope will stay that way thanks to them. I guess they did a lot of good and made folk happy with their gentle easy watched bloke friendliness
