Haglofs (predictive text thinks I mean Gaylord) is up on SP.
I've read some good reviews on their gear. Is it worth the price even though it's "half price"?

Which site?

I have some Hagloffs gear and it's all been superb. Col pants are brilliant and there shoes are very very hard wearing - hard on the feet too until you get used to the lack of flex.

I got a couple of items last time they were on SP and they are great. I'm just off to have another look.....

Haglofs is a quality brand, if not a little pricy. I always think they're similar to Rab in price/performance.

Haglofs is excellent kit in my experience. Not cheap normally, but the quality and design is reflected in the price.

I ordered a Haglofs Krait softshell last time they had them in and I really like it so far, not really been cold enough for it yet though. It's quite thin, would probably work well on the bike over a baselayer for Spring/Autumn.

use a hagloffs softshell for riding in (tk maxx bargin) and very rarely have to bother with a waterproof. Very breathable for a jacket too. Nice gear and even better at half price

@Scotroutes - Must be windy up there today on your high horse.

My apologies, not trying to gazump anyone. Simply, misunderstood there was only one referral on offer hence using "aswell". I'll rush down the local Nick and hand myself in for my heinous crime 😀

Just to add my voice: I worked in a travel/outdoor shop. Haglofs is generally regarded as about the best stuff you can buy, and yes it's expensive.

TK Maxx? Haglofs? Daaaayym.

Halglofs gear is good but not worth the £160 never mind £320.

I've been a SP member for a while bought a few things but was disappointed so actually just "cancelled" my account

IME Haglofs seems to be like Patagonia: for some reason thier kit is slightly better made, sewn together better, and designed with nice simple details. It works, more importantly it works for a long time.
Is it worth normal price above other quality kit such as Montane? No.
Do I have loads of Patagonia and a shiny new Haglof's jacket? Yes.
(all bought in sales / trade accounts..)

I must be a cheapskate, I mean that honestly, I didn't realise there was such a market for 'bargain' £160 jackets
