Still haven't found a seating solution which is 'comfortable' for desk working.
I can tolerate sitting on a gym ball, an Ikea sit/stand stool or a cheap(ish) 'saddle stool' but still get a sore lower back after a while.
I'm looking in to back strength work etc. with physio, but the key feature that appeals of the Capisco is the 'back to front' seating posture when you use the backrest as a 'chest rest' and your legs can dangle. This looks like it could take some load of the lower back without causing the low back to arch like a conventional back rest does.
Are they worth the money? Could even be the world's most depressing/middle aged '40th Birthday Present' from the wife and in-laws... 🙄
