I used to have "access" to a 12 string and this seems like a cheap way to scratch an itch.

I was going to say the action will be shocking and difficult to right, the tuners will be hopeless and so tuning it would be like a paitingi the Forth bridge job but .... £65??? Might as well buy it and tell me how horrible it is.
Not yours, but worth a look.
machine heads are always the worst thing about cheap guitars, replace them, fix the action and you can live with the sound of a substandard guitar, least it plays ok and stays in tune.
Having 12 shit machine heads, hmmm...
What about a kit? There are few kits for 12string teles about that keep catching my eye
hardware on kits can be just as bad
have you had a look on Thomann ? their own brand stuff is apparently QA'd before delivery so may be better than some of the random cheap stuff
