The two wires that connect to the jacking in point on my guitar have a dodgy connection, I re-soldered them the other night but I had to cut them down and they were a bit short to get a good connection.
I want to replace them with new ones, what sort of wire do i need? Does anyone have a link to some (on ebay maybe)

What guitar is it?
I usually get spares from http://www.axesrus.com/axeElectronicsWire.htm
I use the black and yellow waxed cloth 'Modern Vintage' wiring
Its a 'Vintage' guitar, something cheap that my mate lent to me a few years ago. Should probably buy something decent but this has a bit of history to it and as the old saying goes:
"if it is broke, do fix it"
Ill check that site out, ta very much
Vintage are fine! There are plenty of cheap brands that make guitars better than the 'big' manufactureres cheap offers. My guitarist plays a 70s Japanese lawsuit Les Paul that was a fraction of the cost of a Gibson but just as nice and sounds awesome!
Yeh, I like it. Really easy to play, the fret board feels pretty narrow and the strings are fairly close. im no guitar shredder (i try my best) so it does the job for me.
