We have the Beyond Meat burgers every couple of weeks, so I'll give these a try.
If you want a bigger burger you should go wider not taller.

We had Waitrose [get me] Wagyu burgers on the BBQ last night - best burger I've eaten in..... maybe ever, certainly as long as I can remember.
I'm a burger man as my "junk food" meal of choice, gun to my head. The beyond meat or impossible burgers are really delicious.
I like the currently trendy smash burger style though. so what I do is take a beyond burger, cut it in half and roll up each one into a ball and then smash each on the pan so its thin and gets crispy edges. Slice of fake cheese on each one and both go into the bun.
