Overcast and grey, bit nippy, but it's dry and the wind is low. I'd be out riding if I could.

It's cloudy. Haven't got any groundhogs nearby though.

Cloudy, breezy and a very mild 10-12C here. I have a 17km run planned for this afternoon - mostly with a tailwind 😀

Rather damp on the commute. Not raining, just wet air. Had to take off my riding glasses cos they completely misted up. I'd stay in.

overcast windy very mild dry, no jacket and fingerless gloves are the order of the day, trails mostly dry a bit greasy in places no standing water very occasional gloop...  worn summer tyres and no mud guards when I pop out for a couple hours singlespeeding a bit later.

Mrs_oab and I had glanced at the weather for Saturday earlier in the week (sunny) - and planned a wee Kerrera visit and camp at Oban. Not so sure now with grey, 20mph wind and some rain... 🙁

Currently sitting outside at 1000m in the Tuscan hills, half naked, not a cloud in the sky, two golden eagles cruising above me.

I think it is due to rain on Wednesday next week.

Get the right clothes on and just get out and ride...if you aren't working as you have a day off, don't waste it inside.

I'm back. Circa 30 miles in a semi drizzle, almost "Damp Cold" and the odd sun break through and no one around.

It was great 🙂

if you aren’t working as you have a day off, don’t waste it inside.

When I was a student a bunch of us lived in a row of farm cottages. One sunny spring Saturday afternoon, my lovely Dutch friend burst into my house and made her displeasure known about the fact that we were sitting in a darkened room watching TV, and told us all to get out and enjoy the day, just like you did there. But, how were we supposed to watch the Six Nations out in the fields? I still wonder this! We didn't even have a VCR so I would have had to wait three months to see the game.

There are often worthwhile activities in the house, you know. As much as I love playing my guitar under a tree on a sunny day, it's not a great outdoor activity at this time of year. Ditto, reading my book, baking, watching old films, getting drunk on a sofa and falling asleep.  😀

This was today.

Bit windy tomorrow, but at least it will be a tail wind up the hills.

Lovely afternoon run. Shorts and t shirt, plus a cap for my fivehead. Saw one of our new animals residents too (and not a monkey).

The mods have a sense of humour failure 😝

Currently in Applecross walled garden drinking beers and having pizza. Chatting to a tree surgeon who is originally from Hagley, 5 miles from me
