can anyone give me some advice... after my session last night with the lycra clad teenage girls (find the thread, you'll see) i find i'm a bit tight this morning. groin'ish area (not a groin strain as such) and the top of my inner thighs.
can anyone point me at any stretching routines that i can use to help loosen up a bit?

Hip flexor stretch, and the clam is also good for this. Google away.
