Got sent some of these free with an order from Wiggle or somewhere.

Anyone actually tried them?

Like a couple of espresso's or a week on the crack pipe?

Are these the things you see in outback truck stops in Australia? The type for the trucker who's already been awake for four days, but needs to get his load to BruddaWongaBangaRoo by sunset or else?

Not for me, ta.

I have nothing useful to add, a guy at work swears by them but he’s one of those gym people. I don’t trust him, all seems like a load of bollocks to me.

No idea.

Like to find out though, but maybe not on a monday night before I have to drive to cornwall first thing in the morning.

Wouldn't mind delivering my load in BurraWonga though if she's fit.

Neck them in the morning for the drive down, what’s the worst that could happen?

Looking at the ingredients it is basically caffeine and nothing that random.

The cynic in me thinks it it is just a manned up version of pro plus.

I get the crack pipe out to deal with the come down.😵

I'll give them a shot next weekend.

Just caffeine tablets really. Although these made me feel a bit funky in the tummy. I normally get on fine with caffeine products which is odd. Won’t be using them again

A friend  tried them. Rode like a pro for a few hours but couldn't sleep properly for three days!

Everyone's reaction to high caffeine content is different though.

grenade is a very apt name, the resulting wreckage in the toilet bowl certainly looked like someone had thrown a frag into a pill box emplacement

Crack one of the capsules open and look inside. It's exactly what it says on the sachet -  a combination of dried green tea, dried orange, caffeine and cayenne.

It's the kind of powder that sticks to the inside of your lower gum if you don't use the capsule.

I'm pretty responsive to caffeine and 225 mg is a reasonable hit. All I can say is it worked as expected
