So in the tradition of giving thanks for great service. I've been fortunate enough to deal with 3 companies that look after their customers.

1: leatherman, replaced a broken 10yo skeletool free of charge, no questions just a new one appeared in the post..

2: USE exposure. Oled screen failed, dropped them an email, sent off the light recieved a "we've got it" email followed by a "we've sent it" one. Returned yesterday fixed, no charge.

3: Ohlins after a few emails about my stx22 shock I get a message asking if I'd be able to do some simple spannering if they sent details of the work. Yes says I, service kit on the way. Service kit turns out to be a new stx22 with the upgraded parts.

Three companies making it easy to be a customer and very easy to recommend them.

Garmin yesterday - I updated my dashcam and it didn't exactly go as it should - wouldn't save settings and the voice control stopped working.

They talked me through checking a few things, then said they would send out a new unit to me as soon as I returned the borked one.
