Had my torch fixed, a Maxx-D from 2017, that I bought 2nd hand.. £17 returned, you really can't quibble about that.

I was fully ready to accept a 6 year old torch might not be repairable.

Bang on service.

👍 to Matt and Co.

My MaxxD is a 2014 model, I think, wasn't charging, well out of warranty, sent it to them and they sorted it last year for £15 incl postage.

Yes, it only has 1200 lumen but it's all I need for the occassional pootle in the dark, price per ride is negligeble now

Same experience.

Sent off my 2015 maxxd in April 2022 and got charged £14 to replace the battery insulation to stop it rattling.

Brilliant customer service.

How do you contact them?

I sent them a message regarding the broken lens on my Tracer asking if I could buy a replacement lens. Was hoping to get some of this legendary customer service.
Got no response at all. I think that was sent to the support address on the website.

They also gave my light battery to someone else at the D2D one year 🤣
I got it back about an hour later when the person returned it.
