Anyone a whiz at editing .gpx routes? I'm doing LEJOG later this year, I have the basic route files but I just want to tweak some start and end points but I'm struggling - tried using bikehike and gpxeditor but finding them both frustratingly difficult to do something that you'd think was a relatively simple task!
I do all my work in Garmin Basecamp. I'm afraid the more powerful the tool, the higher the skills barrier required to use it. You could try plotaroute to see if that seems any more intuitive.
Cheers I'll give that try.
I use the old Memory Map software from Ordnance Survey.
Not sure if it is still available in my format, but OS still have a digital mapping platform.
I could "try" if you are desperate but why not try OS? Think they have a free trial period.
ITN converter from benchou software to do the raw movement of POIs. Just don't try and get it to route you offroad.
