I often ride alone in the forest of dean. The whole area has limited to no phone signal or Internet connection. I'm looking to buy a tracker that displays my location in real time so that if I should have an accident my partner would be able to see my location. Does anyone make anything like this?

Yes, but if you want it to work in places where there is no mobile signal then it needs to use the satellite phone network. This doesn't always work very well when there is heavy tree cover.
Something like a spot tracker or Garmin inreach would do the job but you need to take out a subscription so there is an annual cost of maybe £150 on top of the device itself.
