I've got a tiny business project - foldnroll.com - that launched last year. I've set up a site for Europe - Â www.foldnroll.fr - (because Brexit) and am now trying to tidy up my Google presence and advertising but I can't find a way to understand how all the various Google services link together when you've got more than one site and whether you have to have completely separate accounts for both sites or should I try and combine everything under one account? The confusing thing is that sometimes they seem to be happy having both .fr and .com sites under the same account, and sometimes not...

- Business Manager (is that separate from business profile manager?) seems to be a bit of a rabbit hole and I'm not entirely sure what it's doing
- Ads (seems to happily advertise my physical presence in France and the UK but will only advertise products on the .com site and then badly)
I feel a bit of a dunce that even googling how these services fit together doesn't lead to anything except chasing round in circles on YouTube. If anyone has ever done this or has pointers (even what to google!) or help I would be super grateful. I've only got a vanishingly small budget at the moment which is why I've spent my holiday trying to figure it out. The 'holiday' is now nearly over...
