help me out here a touch...
Just got a Nest Audio for the office, all linked with the other google stuff in the house, and spotify etc.
I run a MacBook, with a TV as a second screen. My music is either from Spotify (easily linked to the Nest Audio), or YouTube, which inevitably plays through the TV's speakers.
The TV does have a ChromeCast dongle in the back of it, so is there a way to make the TV's audio stream through the speaker? The sound quality of the speaker is superior to the TV's.
Cheers!
Can you just run youtube (music) directly on the nest. (might require a subscription).
Or connect the youtube device (the macbook?) to the nest with bluetooth instead of using the TV speakers.
yeah, no youtube subscription 🙁
also, seems my laptop can't find any google devices with its bluetooth (only seems to find the keyboard....)
hmmm
