So a few weeks ago there seemed to be a lot of hype and excitement over people getting ( and even paying for ) well my invite came through.......
to be honest dont see what the excitement is! Just seems like a slight update of Gmail to me..... ! Hardly gamechanging!

At first I couldn't see the point either, but I've been using it a few weeks now and prefer it to the gmail app. Cant really put my finger on why, it's just that little bit nicer to use.

I use it on laptop/desktop instead of the old gmail app.... I like the way you can quickly delete rubbish and pull up contacts.
Don't use it on the iPhone though.

I much prefer it as it allows me to clear out the crap quickly and get to the good stuff. The only downsides I find are that I haven't worked out how to do some things like change font size when creating new messages so occasionally have to drop back into the old format.

It is growing on me but I wish there was I way I could combine all of my email addresses (get it to show them all together) rather than having to switch between them.

The real beauty of Inbox seems to be it's ability to interact with other activities you are carrying out - like train booking automatically appearing in the Travel bundle. I expect those using the complete google infrastructure will appreciate it the most.

I can see them all in Inbox but just not with all emails from all accounts amalgamated.

I can't tell what account each email comes from. They all just appear in the one stream and are "bundled" accordingly.
