[Closed] Google Apps users - software to backup and manage accounts

Being slightly lazy here but this place is always good for just about any info. Does anyone here have any suggestions for software to manage google apps (GSuite now) accounts? I've got quite a lot of users and backing up their stuff before closing accounts is quite a chore. I'll have a hunt and see what is out there but there are often great suggestions here
