Bike related stuff that makes you smile
Superb Moab clip above!
We’re called Singletrack Colorado, but in fact we spend 3 days and nights of each of our 14 day trips in Moab, Utah (it's just across the border so it would be rude not to!). Check out Yeti Cycles latest video release for an insight into/reminder of what the riding in Moab is like. The first riding section from about the one minute mark is the optional descent from Amasa Back, our third and last ride in Moab. These guys make the corner at 1:17 and the drops at 1:30 look easy – trust us they’re not! In fact the steepness and exposure of the whole track means many riders will opt to return down Amasa Back or down Captain Ahab (we usually split the group and offer options – each with a guide). Any and all of the ways down from Amasa Back are awesome.
The second riding section around 1:45 is Jackass Canyon, the last 4 mile section of Porcupine Rim down to the Colorado river, which is our second ride in Moab. This section of track makes into many of our guests’ ‘favourite three rides of the tour’ category.
If you fancy coming on tour in 2016, get in quick we’re down to only a couple of trips that still have availability…
Otherwise, feel free to chime in with your memories of these tracks…
The first pic is from the Yeti Cycles vid, the second two photos are different sections of of that same track, taken by our own Nick Lambert- who can name the riders?
This popped up in my facebook feed, Ad by Yeti, linked by a guiding company.
All it made me do is check flight prices
