I was wondering the other day if something like this existed...apparently so!
Cool. Dani King's is right near me, might go take a pic.
We got one in Wrecsam.

Does anyone know if they be doing the same with the post boxes for the para Olympians?
Yes the linky above says so for the Paralympics.
Tis a ploy by the government and Royal Mail to get the general public used to seeing differant coloured post boxes, when they decided to privitise us there will be bright dutch orange post boxes!
Might grab a pic of Geraint's in Cardiff before it reverts back to red - if thats what they intend to do ultimately.

That's going to be a lot of post boxes - 42 golds last time, and I presume we're expected to improve on that?
Do the paralympic gold medallists also get stamps?
Bizarrely, having checked out that map, the closest to me is for the same person as the one which is closest to where I was brought up.
i got a photo of the Dunblane one this week 🙂

That is not a complete list. Chris Hoy has two in Edinburgh. One at Hanover Street and a second at Hunter Square.
Not only can't they deliver mail on time, they paint the wrong postbox gold for Laura Trott!
