Are you really going to take sartorial advice from Mr Orthopaedic Shoes?
Anyway, Crocs. That's what you need.
😉
Toms, Homeys, or North Face padded ones if you want your feet to be hotter than the sun!
Crocs.
Crocs.
5ten dirtbag lows. Comfy enough round the house, stealth rubber soul for walking to the bin in perfect safety and even suitable for riding the pub bike around town.
PSA: LIDL fur-lined 'Crocs' @ £4.99
Nothing to beat the humble Croc for that. Except maybe the fleecy Croc. I always felt the regular Croc was warm enough but I tend to run warm.
i wear something like these five finger vibram things (albeit mine were a grey import)
incredibly comfortable, warmer than normal slippers (at least for me). Can wear them outside. Coupled with a pair of equivalent socks, they're amazing
I have just discovered slipper flip-flops..... awesome comfyness around the house without the sweaty, stinky feet you normally get in slippers because they are too hot in your centrally heated home.
If you must wear slippers, please don't go outside in them.
Fleecy = not going outside when it's wet. Fleecy Crocs may just get away with it. I'm fully on-Croc.
On the basis of that previous thread, I bought some Sorel Flacon Ridge slippers
They're ace.
Camper do some awesome slippers and I love my old pair. I got those felt slippers with an elastic ankle bit and clip-on plastic sole that I can't remember the name of (they're all over the internet) for Christmas and I'm waiting for them to die so I can get Camper ones again without telling the kids the slippers they got me suck...
edit: they're mahabis
