Did anyone see this? It popped up on my Youtube feed over the weekend, but when I went to watch it last night it appears to have been removed?
Anyone know why? Looked like it could have been interesting, especially as I'm planning a trip there in the not too distant future.

I watched that when it came out, my suspicion was that some of the paths he was riding were footpath (or the Jersey equivalent) and came into the 'cheeky' category. I've walked a fair bit of that north coast and I wouldn't fancy it, I can see how landowners might not be happy about it as well.

Did the UK coast to coast get taken down too?

That one also allegedly featured some cheeky which wouldn't have been so bad had it not been a sponsored video promoting mapping/routefinding software.

As above there were lots of cheeky paths, almost all footpath on the North Coast so probably related to that. When I watched it I thought they'd have got got some agreement from Jersey Tourism.
Some have almost parallel running bridleways but they aren't anywhere near as interesting.

No that's still up there. Complete with some of the most bizarre route choices ever. Trying to ride your bike across Haystacks (one of the most popular and unrideable footpaths in the Lakes), then zigzagging wildly to make sure you head along every hellish A road in the county.

Plus claiming to cross the Dales, without entering it, and ensuring your tour of the NYM mostly takes in Middlesbrough!

Basically a road ride with a bit of scrambling and pushing straight uphill thrown in.

I too was completely confuzzled by the lakes/C2C route. It was as though someone had thrown a road ride at a map and then added in some off-road for the hell of it. I wondered if it was designed to have filming points rather than be a 'good' route.
