Anyone know how to sharpen a Global bread knife ?
I use the roller at the moment but am sure it is just wearing down the serrations.

what on earth? what kind of bread are you cutting?!? do you make your own on the beach?

Only bread the family eats is our own multi-cerial loaf. The sunflower & poppy seeds are a wee bit abrasive.
