Just planning ahead to visiting the glentress forest lodges campsite in a couple of weeks. Got a campervan pitch booked.

Anyone got recent experience there? Does it have good phone signal/wi-fi available?

Yes, I should get out and enjoy the surroundings. But it's just me and a 7yr old in the van for a few nights and if the weather is against me, good WiFi would be a blessing!! Or do I need some emergency stuff downloaded already!!?

Phone signal is fine (on EE), so no worries there . I think there's WiFi but I've never needed it. Hope you enjoy the visit!

Thanks, looking forward to it! Little one is on dirt school so I get a couple of hours riding each day whilst she's learning!

Ridden the trail centre once a few years ago so it's all basically new to me. Will try to squeeze a few decent trails in by myself then tow her up to the blues in the pm's and she can show me what she's learnt!

Might download a couple of emergency movies but can hopefully otherwise rely on phone as a hot spot if we need emergency entertainment!

How much have you paid for a camper van pitch? (I'm too lazy to look for myself!)
