Saunter round Gisburn trail centre tomorrow afternoon followed by a on road ride back to Keighley ,see what my legs have got ?
I've often thought about riding from clitheroe up to Gisburn,do a lap then ride back not done it yet but must give it a go
I have a Caravan at lane ends/ Holden so will be riding up from there ,then back to the wifey in keighley and a beer ?? 😛
BRUTAL - silly me for thinking i could saunter around? That is like a red PLUS +. I went round the bottom half with the wife 18 months ago ,went over the bars and snapped a chain then the wife threw the towel in , What a work out it was quite physical . Loved it , started to lose light on way back so stopped at a pub and got the wife to collect me while i slurped some ale ?
