Anyone use it.
I've had stress for the last seven months, probably the only stress I've ever had, real stress.
The cause is now sorted.
The lack of sleep and weight loss due to lack of appetite are I think having a bit of an effect still.
I need for want of a better word a bit of a pick me up, especially in the downstairs region.
I've just bought Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba, been taking it a week now.
I'm not sure if it helps or how long I need to use it to feel any effects.
Ironically everyone has been commenting on how well I look 😕
This will sound ill-thought and not what you asked, but sod the tablets if you can.
You probably look well because you're no longer stressed to high heaven!
Assuming you've got a good diet already (if not, get that sorted), just let your brain eventually get over whatever it was and boost it's own 'pick me up' juices when it's good & ready. Maybe take in some scenic walks & listen to music to help boost mood/outlook.
Obvz, feel free to ignore me and carry on with green wee if that's the path you choose 🙂 I'm sure some folk will be along with relevant exp'.
Talk to the Doc - you may find he'll prescribe a topical steroid for a while.
Get him to check your bloods and go from there.
Stress messes with hormones massively so make sure you're on a level field first.
Excellent extreme STW suggestions there in 2 posts!
1) give it time, eat well & listen to music.
2) rub steroids into your system
😀
Let us know if the ginseng / binkio works? Also berrocca / soluable vitamins may pep you up in the morning.
Oysters. Turtle eggs too, but that would make you a bit unpopular.
Stress, weight loss, possible depression, etc can cause a huge drop in testosterone in the system.
A simple gel (which is prescribed far more often than you think) rubbed in is hardly going to have him looking like Arnie but it may well help his system start to work properly.
The added effect being Junior gets better at sit-ups 😉
