Does anyone make or ever tried making their own? I'm thinking about giving it a go so any pointers welcome.
Contact HMRC for a distilling licence first.

Plymouth Gin do a distillery tour with an option to make your own. We made a couple of small bottles. It was actually pretty nice to drink. They explained the basic process and what each botanical did. It should be pretty simple to make your own with some fairly simple equipment.
