A mate did that to me when I was a kid.
Riding my bike past his house. He jumps out brandishing a wooden washing line pole as a jousting lance. Hits me square in the nuts and knocks me clean off the back off my bike.
30-odd kilos of finest scaffold pole, in the form of my Raleigh Striker, ghosties onwards, crashes into him and breaks his leg.
Served him right.
