Got bought one for my birthday and I'm struggling to get the most out of it. It doesn't ever seen to want to connect to my phone for Spotify but eventually I get there.
Strava is a total mystery. Just seems to have the feed of my runs and rides. I was hoping I'd be able to stick my phone in my bag safe and be able to operate Strava from the watch?
Also, when I go online the online Fitbit site doesn't seem to think the phone and watch are connected properly?
I like the watch, it's good for the features on it, just frustrated knowing I'm doing something wrong.

I think you must have some kind of connection issue and/or you haven't set it up correctly - I have a Blaze (a much lower spec watch than yours) and it does what you want (I can track an activity using Strava, I can control music, read text messages, emails etc). What neither of these watches have is *built-in* GPS so you will need your phone with you if you want to track a run/ride etc but you say you are happy to do that anyway.

I think you just need to sit down and read the instructions properly and make sure you have it set up correctly.

I had a lot of connection issues between my Versa and my Huawei phone. Basically they aren't compatible from a bluetooth point of view. The App runs fine just won't connect properly.
It works fine when connected to my iphone instead.

What phone are you using ? Is it on the compatibility list ?

Look on the Fitbit site to see if it is compatible with your phone. I bought the Versa for my wife for a present and connectivity of any form was atrocious and the solutions offered by Fitbit support laughable, too many hoops to jump through to even get it to connect at all. Returned it to the shop out of frustration eventually.

It's a Moto g6 play. I'm not a huge techy so I just got something cheap I could get a tenner a month contract on.

Cheers for the replies though, I'll have a look on the Fitbit website when I get in.

Maybe it could be because I set it up in Lisbon?
