The spare keys for out combo van have gone missing, anyone got a recommendation for a cheap supplier of a key with the required chip or is it a Vauxhall dealer job?

I got a replacement from Timpsons. They have a machine that replicates whatever the other key does. Don't think they claim to be able to do everything, but they were cheaper than a local specialist that offers the same service.

We had a clio that we bought with 1 key, got another made (transponder remote etc) all coded to car for £100 from a mobile auto locksmith. renault wanted about £200 and it would still need to be coded with workshop.

Plenty of locksmiths can do coded keys these days, but look for ones you can park close to though as often they need access to the car to set up the key but can’t leave the shop

Timpsons made me a copy for my Transit, £25. Had the little chip to do the imobiliser, worked perfectly on the door and ignition, but refused to open the bonnet, don't know why, the original one did everything.
Broke and replaced the bonnet catch so now a moot point, got a different key for that
