Humans do seem great at 'othering' those they see as different.
Does something like this just play to our sentimentality that of course *we* aren't the sort of people who'd do that or is it just playing with our emotions but achieving nothing.
As an aside, I think Denmark is having significant issues 9from my perspective, anyway) with far right groups and politicians and a backlash against immigration and minority religions so this might be the context of the ad.
