Hey,
Has anyone ever made a GDPR request to an online retailer? Last week I tried to buy some things from ebuyer. My credit card co rejected the payment, as they assumed it was fraudulent. So I used another card, payment went through, items delivered, job done. Or so I thought.
This week I went back to buy some more things. But my account was now "inactive". I've contacted them and they say it's been made permanently inactive for "security reasons", and pretty much wont engage with me any more.
So I can't even see any of my old transactions etc. Is it ligit at this point to make a GDPR request to get my history? Anything else I can do?
TIA
