Can anyone recommend  a Meet and Greet parking company for Gatwick. I is I few years since I used one but remembered there was an office on one of the short stay parking floors.

There’s on one company I think, booked through the Gatwick website and yes with an office within the Short Stay multi story.

Maple leaf Parking booked via holiday extras is normally competitive

We've just booked with this place:

If it's any use let me know and I can PM you a link for 5% off.

We used Tudor Rose for years but these days go with the long stay Summer Special Parking, for cost reasons. Never had to wait too long for the transfer, but you can get queues of grumpy chavs at the office waiting to get their keys back

We have used Tudor Rose lots of times and never had any problems. Not for a couple of years, but that's just because we haven't been out of Gatwick much.

Used the "official" gatwick meet and greet once and remember it not being as good - can't remember why though!

A couple of times we have stayed in the onsite Premier Inn and parked through them. Sometimes makes a good option if you have an early flight as checking your bags in the night before on a busy charter flight is possibly the best thing ever.

As long as you don't have young children the Holiday Special parking on the airport is worth a look, regular buses to the terminals.

Used the  “official” gatwick meet and greet last year. Retuned in the early hours to find our car battery flat. Central locking wouldn't work. Whoever moved the car left the parking lights on.  Had to wait to be jump started. Frustarting to see everyone else drive off into the night while we were stranded. The guy in a few bays down was going nuts as he had just discovered a big scratch in his 4x4.

How is meet & greet different to Valet parking (if at all)? We've used the official Gatwick valet option the last 2 times we've flown, really easy, would definitely use again.

Worh looking at costs vs parking in he short-term next to the terminal if you book ahead on the Gatwick website. Used it for a horrible early start where I didn'twant to hassle longterm transfer to the terminal
