Our really good local garage has gone completely off the boil. Messed us about over a simple MOT,the usual
"there was a mix up over who was calling who" OK so you call me when you've finished the work, or I phone you when I think you've finished?
After Paying for the job and saying
"there was no way to get to get to you in 30 minutes now could you leave the van on the road and we can pick it up with the spare key"
They lock the van on the forecourt!
So, that's enough of that! Anyone got a better garage in Shipley, Bradford Baildon or frankly anywhere local that isn't run by grumpy idiots who can't use a phone?
There's a great guy near Tong - straight down the line honest garage, great mechanics and a genuine honest appraisal of any issues. I've used him for years and don't recommend folk as a rule, but would be happy to recommend him. Drop me an email if you want his details.

I've used all of them and they are all great. If it doesn't involve an MOT then David's my recommendation
