I've laid hard plastic interlocking tiles over my garage floor in the winter and now it's summer I've lifted them to let the bare concrete dry out before trimming the tiles to size and relaying permanently.Â
It's only now I've started looking for a product to seal the damp from coming up through the concrete that I've realised how many types there are!
The standard concrete sealers seem to be more about protecting the floor from spills, others are aimed at concrete driveways or sealing before polyurethane paints. Others seem to be for concrete and brick walls and allow them to breath.
It seems that the product I actually need is a liquid damp proof membrane, can anyone confirm? And recommendations appreciated 🙂
