I'd like to take some family to do something in or near Edinburgh. They are arty and we all like doing odd/funky things. Eg Jupiter Artland (including pool).
Any ideas? £20 a head would be ideal.
It's not arty but coasteering at Dunbar is odd, but really good- I thought it'd be all about jumping off high stuff and there is some of that but it's much more about the clambering and getting places you never usually see. Lovely. Did completely lacerate my hands though
Litter picking followed by some trash artcreating?
I have one that is free and exhilarating.
Let your family be approached by a foreign street thief and let rip. ;D
stalk TJ
Surgeon's hall and the medical school on a doors open day to see how things were done / look at Burke / Hare.
The ghost tours
Say hello to my great great great great great (great?) grandad on Prince's Street.
The Botanics gardens? Hopefully their waste management is contracted out 😊
Alpin, is that Thomas Guthrie or Walter Scott?
Portobello Art Walk is from 1st to 11th of September.
If you like Jupiter Artland have you been to Little Sparta? At Dunsyre, not far from Edinburgh and a fantastic place. I'm currently at the Jupiter Rising festival, love the place 🙂
Get married in Edinburgh castle - me and MrsRNP did and it was great!
