Good morning oh highly calorific one. Its that time of the week again

Calories don't count on a Friday. Everyone knows this, so lets eat accordingly

I've just eased myself into Friday with a sausage, bacon and egg butty. I'm thinking a chippy tea is in order this evening 😀

What've you got lined up then, fellow porkers?

There’s an obscene amount of Japanese noodles with my name on it for lunch I reckon. That or a fish finger butty.

As yet undecided takeaway for tea.

Poached eggs on toast for brekkie, lunch undecided but likely to be encased in pastry, tea will be the rump steak I'm about to get out of the freezer with mushrooms, toms and onion rings and CHIPS.

Breakfast was two Birds Eye potato waffles, half a tin of beans, fried mushrooms and two fried eggs. It was the last breakfast I have to make for a week as I am away with work for the next seven days. Heading to Manchester later so hoping for a decent feed tonight on company money.

On a related tangent, bought some cheap work trousers from Aldi, reduced to 8quid. Marvellous. Got the 34in waist as the many previous pairs have been "generously capacious". No, the evil bastards have only made them ACTUAL 34 in wait. I mean, if you're going to lie to me, LIE to me. Don't then peel back the scab to reveal the raw gelatinous truth. NEED CAKE.

@brian2 the Maryport chippy was shut last time I checked, it’ll be Silloth on the corner - pricey but good

I was very good with just porridge for breakfast and an egg and Cress sandwich for lunch. I had a plan...

I'm now drinking the amount of red wine that would be needed to float a battleship whilst eating cheese, crisps, crackers and (shhhh) cherry tomatoes 😱

Mrs Binners has been to Bury market this afternoon, which is food nirvana, and has got a large selection of different sausages from the butchers there to have with chips and gravy tonight

A double sausage day! Breakfast and tea! Result! 😃

Just ridden a post work Alp d'Zwift to make some caloric space for my Birthday weekend - whoop!

After a recovery hour or so, its..

Today:
Spagbol, M&S lager and spiced Rum whilst watching Bullet Train with my eldest, with a variety of snack including some peanut butter flavour wotsits.

Tommorrow:
Sausage Sandwich (I have up bacon for Lent) with strong coffee x 2 then a short road bike ride with Junior before returning for a Beer supported afternoon watching the F1 qualy. We will then be off to Hawksmoor Air Street for a bloody good steak.

Sunday:
Lie in, coffee, red wine, F1.
