I've already indulged with the that guiltiest of all pleasures, that leaves you feeling satisfied, but a bit grubby....

And the title of this thread is Full Fat Friday, so if you're having a lentil salad or something involving couscous, kindly keep it to yourself, ta. 😉

This is all about the stodge. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. What you having then fellow fatties?

Friday morning breakfast roll is a regular here. This morning was 2 fat sausages, a soft fried egg and brown sauce.

A delight.

Not use yet.
It'll either be a regular Tasty Rice Stick Noodles with added garlic, peanuts & soy sauce

or

Battered sausage & chips
😀

Double chocolate cookies, white chocolate cookies, mini chocolate doughnuts, mini strawberry doughnuts. It's what Fridays in the office are for.

Bacon and Sausage sarnie for brekkie, pork bap for lunch and no idea for dinner, probably something equally as stodge.

So soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup, no, pie, no, soup..........

Soup AND pie.

Well, mushy pea soup-like substance and thickened beef stock tupe souplike substance and pie

I feel disappointed just looking at that double mcmuffin abomination above. 2 sausage patties, but only 1 egg???. Just wrong. No breakfast can be based around 1 egg ffs.

2 minimum.

I've got a ton or so of logs to move after lunch (dinner for folk north of the cheesy oatcake line), so I'm going to have eggS on cheese on toast.

I'm going for the usual Friday curry.

Here's here all week (sadly). Try the fish...

Just had a work-provided bacon roll to help fuel my neurons during their workout with Windows registry keys. I'll work it off this weekend with the gym and garden clearing.

Ham and cheese wrap and the thickest, stodgiest chocolate brownie in the world.

Maccy Ds for dinner, fingers crossed.

ed just looking at that double mcmuffin abomination above. 2 sausage patties, but only 1 egg???. Just wrong. No breakfast can be based around 1 egg

That's why I get 2 single sausage & egg muffins. 2 sausages, 2 eggs

Perhaps something where part of it resembled one of its named ingredients 😉
Sunday will be bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage and tomato looking forward to it no limp cheese though...

Probably have a bulletproof™ coffee after lunch, ie with butter and double cream. That should be full fat enough I hope.

Sausage and black pudding butty for breakfast. Brown sauce, obviously, because I'm not some sort of ketchup-using deviant.

We have a lunch provided by work every Friday by the Wellness team here. It's a pretty good idea & allows people to get together when they would otherwise sit at their desk looking at geek forums, so some other nonsense..... 😆

Anyway - today we have a Mexican food van turn up, so I need to decide in the next 25 mins whether to have a burrito or a quesadilla.....!!

Fried eggs and home made oven chips. In my defence of being full fat, the chips were cooked in the oil I saved from Monday s pork belly. Mmmmmm
