Morning fellow bloaters

Its that day again

We've not had a FFF thread for a while, so what are we having then?

Its been so bloody hot this week that I haven't really felt like eating much, but seeing as normal service has been resumed and its raining I think that a lunchtime trip to the Golden Arches may well be in order

Whats everyone else going for?

Thanks for asking, made a fast start myself. 1hr early ride just to build up an excuse to have a roll with square sausage and double bacon (ketchup), made slightly healthier (?) by being accompanied by freshly made 3 egg scramble. Living beside a very nice local bakers has both pros and cons…

🙂

i am back on the IDave- paleo type eating plan.
success so far. 7lbs off in my first 2 week.

and eating fat is the way to go.
so for breakie i have just polished off a plate of last nights leftover very spicy gumbo, with extra chorizo. topped off with 3 runny fried eggs.

Let myself down badly, walked downtown and only a toasted tea cake….. (out to lunch and as we’ve got noisy builders in I’ve been out to breakfast every day this week…….)

Bacon, mushroom and tomato baguette with hot sauce, it was bloody delicious and I could happily eat the same again. In fact, I may just do that for lunch!
