Bbbbbrrrrrrr... that wind is bloody bitter! Whats required is something laden with calories to warm us all up.

I've been well behaved so far today, but I've already decided that tonight will be the traditional chippy tea,
and I think I'll have a potter down to the bakery down the road for one of their delicious chilli beef pasties for lunch 😀

What've you got then, you lot?

Is that a Hampsons, perchance? Used to cane their chili beef pasties when I worked in Rochdale...

I just went to my local bakery.... and bought a salad 😆

Ever since they put their sandwiches up to £6/7 I just can't bring myself to buy them!

Forgot my lunch.

Windy walk to the chippy for a chip barm.

Feel fat and bad now.

I need to go to Marple imminently to facilitate some sophisticated testing of our banking services infrastructure, which I'll do by writing a cheque out to myself and paying it into my own account (I kid you not).

However, while I'm there, I am going to treat myself to a rag poudding and chips, cos it's horrible out.

Olives, cheese and chorizo rollitos for brekkie, crispy bacon, cheese, low carb jelly and double cream for lunch. Undecided on dinner, but chicken and chorizo kebabs are in with a shout.

Bowl of Curiously Cinnamon for brekkie but opened the fridge at lunch to be confronted by not much. 1 slice of bread left in the cupboard too so whipped up a culinary treat of fried slice, 4 rashers of bacon and a fried egg. With a brew obviously. Yum.

Yep that wind is definitely windy, I nearly had a swim in the canal this morning. The panniers that I use for shopping caught a fierce side wind and it took some wrestling with the bars to stay upright,

Healthy sandwich for lunch with plenty of salad, but a sausage, buttery mash (a bit of veg) with lashings of cheese sauce (Butlers mature cheddar). A naughty rhubarb crumble if I have time to make it with ice cream, from our local gelato -'Cocolato' shop, tonight.

Bog bowl of Cheerios for breakfast, big spicy burrito with my lad after I dropped him back at uni, followed by a Knoops 49% hot chocolate, then a coffee and cookie at Leicester Forest services as I needed a wee stop.

Tonight will be a big cheesy pasta bake for carbs as I'm riding an audax tomorrow

Someone brought in some 'surplus'* cream eggs to the office.

*I have checked with HR, apparently I cannot fire someone for such an untrue statement.

Started off with Quorn sausage and egg sandwich with brown sauce.

Lunch was Quorn chicken nuggets in a wrap with salad and sirracha mayo.

Tea is gonna be fakeaway, burger and chips, Linda McCartney for me, normal beef for wife and kids. Might have some jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks as well!

Maybe treat myself pint or 2 while son is at cricket training.

Day off for me and there was a scone in the house that evaporated mid morning, cheese and pickle toasties for lunch and fish and chips for tea. Definitely feeling in the need for a full fat Friday here!
