I know there's some BIG music fans on here and I know that some of them are partial to a little bit of heavy 😈

As tempting as it is to post videos up of ion dissonance to scare a few people, i want to spread some heavy music with a melodic twist that might entice some people towards the world of real music 😉

So join me my fellow music fans and remember, keep it safe for work

and although not heavy, this next one is by slipknot and i think its a shame they didnt explore this side of their music!

broad as long to me

safe for work

Work's so safe, I can't access YouTube or see what the above are...

If I could though, I'd put up (apologies if repeating);

Ghost Of Perdition, Opeth

Jizzlober, Faith No More (for the closing pipe-organ solo!)

Garden of Light, Isis

A dark classic, really well written stuff. It's quite hard to pick the best track from the album (Nightfall)

No access to youtube here, so I can't see the contributions till I get home.

Here's a couple that might, or might not be posted already:

Ministry, Psalm 69

And an awesome combination of music and images

Mr Sparkle, thanks for Soulfly. Didn't realise they had a new album out.

Also, can't believe nobody's mentioned Hurt by NIN yet or or is it not heavy enough?

yeah, I've come across The Eden House before; what struck me most about what I did hear was Tony Wright re-using some of his old Nephs riffs - I assume he still has the master tapes 😉

getting very much away from the "heavy" part of the thread:

so let's reel it back in a bit

I used to use the same rehearsal rooms as Terrorvision (and NMA) back in the day...

Now that opens up a whole new avenue for exploration. Will avoid the obvious Gloria G references.

Tazzymtb. Will struggle tomoz. Out on the road if you fancy a trip to the dark side - can sort you roadie bike.
