Trying a new takeway, I couldn't decide which to use as my test of quality vs our usual, so I ordered both Lamb & chicken respectively, how decadent.

Nonnomnomnomnom... 😀

Ive practically starved myself all day so with equal measures to last time I'm still 100 cals under my daily limit.

Of course I don't. But I don't ride for Team Sky either, and I'd like to enjoy a curry tonight if that's ok.

I have an 89 calorie yoghurt in the fridge... But I like to save those 100 cals in case of calorie rounding errors.

Senor j - no bread for me...

Rogan Josh is my default "new curry house" order. Best way of checking quality of meat and their use of flavour over heat for heats sake.

Lamb methi and a couple of proper tandoori roti is an even better test of meat quality and overall effort from a takeaway IMHO.
