Junk food and Stilton should not really appear in the same sentence.

Done Stilton on toast which is ace, so imagine a full Stilton toastie to be just as cheesylicious.

I have a really nice San Miguel buzz coming up at the moment and I am trying to imagine what warm Stilton would be like 😕

Shropshire Blue is imho better for toast, if you believe blue cheese should be served that way. Well it stands to melting well, and is possibly better with a splash of mustard than a stilton might be.

Forget toast. Oatcakes are your friend. Get some of these:

roll some nice ham and stilton (or shropshire blue or even better Garstang blue) up in them. Zap in the microwave.

More addictive than crack. Which isn't too good for the waistline
