Eating - Got a pot roasted beef brisket ready to come out of the bottom oven soon.
Drinking - Warming up with one of my own brews, a lunatic chocolate stout. Turned out a lot better than I had expected!
Listening - Oddly, I've just gone back in time to have another go at some Art of Noise. Fancied listening to something I haven't picked up in ages.

(Sitting in the study, listening through directional unicorn-pube cable driven speakers. I'd forgotten how good the Art of Noise sound!)

Eating shallow fried cod fillets with home made Hollandaise sauce, drinking Pinotage from Tesco, listening to my daughter and her staying-over Uni friend discussing absolute and utter rubbish...

[very non-STW]Eating: Anything that I can cook in one pan, usually frozen. Tonight I'm waiting from some prawns to defrost, which I will then mix with some wholewheat pasta, some frozen veg and some mayonnaise.

Drinking. Vodka and coke. Again, not even mildly sophisticated or STW, but it's suiting for the environment.

Listening: To the sound of my own mind going AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH. [very non-STW]

Vodka is *hic* helping though.

Going to have tortilla chips with hot green chili salsa for starters, both red and green-chili enchiladas with a side of pinto beans on tap for the main course, finishing with sopapillas and honey.

All chased down with El Patron Blue Agave tequila blended into some great margaritas.

Presently listening to some vintage Jimmy Buffett

A very local E, D & L for me.
Rode out of Winchester on a deserted South Downs Way to the Flower Pots at Cheriton.
So one of their huge pork and onion baps washed down with a pint of Pots while watching the sunset from the garden.
Rode back home and keeping the listening local with The Provincials.
