Tuna steak thats been marinading in a nice homemade tandoori sauce then griddled. Bloody lovely it was too 😀

Marinade is:

Lemon juice
Tomato purée
Garlic
Grated ginger
Chilli
Ground coriander
Cumin

Leave it in that for a few hours, then slam it on a red hot griddle. 3 minutes each side so it's nice and pink. It's bloody lovely! 🙂

So I put it on and Turned it up to eleven pottering in the kitchen, cooking tonight. It is truly a thing of joy and loveliness....
