Omelette with coriander, peppers, mushrooms, tomato, red onion, cheese and rocket and purple Kalettes from Aldi (never seen nor heard of them before but i'll be buying again, bloody lovely with balsamic vinegar) Sometimes quick n' simple food is the best tasting, seeing as i almost settled for a chip roll i'm feeling quite smug with myself 😉
